Epidemiology

• ~60% cases of ALL in adults are L2

Pathology

morphologic classification:

• large non uniform cells,
• variable amount of cytoplasm & degree of basophilia
• irregular nuclei, prominent nucleoli.

Management

• Distinction of L1, L2 & L3 not relevant to therapy.
