Inhibition:

• inhibited by PMSF & prefabloc, as well as leupeptin at high concentrations
• partially inhibited by TPCK, a chymotrypsin inhibitor, & E64, a cysteine protease inhibitor
• not affected by 4-amidinophenyl-methanesulfonyl fluoride (APMSF), pepstatin or EDTA
