• translocated to the nuclear compartment upon hormonal treatment by estrogen

• widely expressed
• highest espression observed in trachea, prostate & adrenal glands
• up-regulated by estrogen

Pathology

• expressed in many cancer cell lines including breast cancer cells
• loss of CRIPAK in breast tumors might contribute to hormonal independence
