Etiology
- cerebellar disease
- pyramidal tract disorders
- Huntington's disease
Clinical manifestations
- impairment of the ability to perform rapid alternating movements in opposite directions, such rapid alternating pronation & supination of the hand
- such movement of patients with cerebellar disease overshoot, undershoot or are otherwise inaccurate or irregular
