Introduction
A generalized cutaneous mastocytosis.
Clinical manifestations
- yellowish, thickened appearance of skin
- lesions smooth with scattered areas of elevation, resembling leather
- exaggerated skin folds, especially in axilla & groin
- large bullae may occur spontaneously or following trauma
- may present as erythroderma
