Etiology
- jejunoileal bypass
Epidemiology
- occurs in 20% of patients with jejunoileal bypass
Clinical manifestations
- flu-like illness
- inflammatory papules & pustules on the extremities & upper trunk
- recurrent & episodic in nature
Management
- antibiotics
- reversal of the bypass
