Etiology
Clinical manifestations
- high-frequency tremor in the legs induced or increased in severity with assuming an erect or standing position
- tremor resolves with sitting or action[1]
Differential diagnosis
- continuation of resting tremor in patients with Parkinson's disease
Management
- pure postural tremor in patients with Parkinson's disease responds to deep brain stimulation
