Introduction

40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, 30% fat.

The idea behind the diet is that this keeps insulin levels in the 'zone'. This reduces hunger, fat storage & inflammation.

Easier to tolerate than Atkin's diet.

Some people lose weight.
