Introduction

Designed to assess effective cognitive training on daily function of community-living elderly subjects

2802 community-living elderly subjects, age 65-94 6 weeks, 10 sessions with 4 additional sessions 11 months later

1 & 2 year follow-up

Results:

  • study group showed improved speed of performance during cognitive testing
  • no improvement in memory
  • no improvement in everyday function
