- selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) treatment of mother
- paroxetine accounts for 2/3 of cases
- fluoxetine, sertraline, citalopram also implicated
Epidemiology
- 93 cases worldwide by mid 2003
Clinical manifestations
- convulsions, irritability, abnormal crying, tremor
