Etiology
- exposure to halogenated hydrocarbons, including dioxin
- cutaneous, inhalation, ingestion
Epidemiology
- halogenated hydrocarbons are found in
- industrial products: cutting oil, herbicides
- chemical warfare agents
- contaminated food products
Clinical manifestations
- large monomorphic comedones, evolving into severe inflammatory scarring lesions
