Indications
- adjunct to diet to reduce triglycerides in adults with familial chylomicronemia syndrome
Dosage
- 25 mg subcutaneously once every 3 months.
- 0.5 ML plozasiran 50 MG/ML Prefilled Syringe (Redemplo)
Adverse effects
- hyperglycemia, headache, nausea, injection site reaction
