• rare

Pathology

• glomerular deposition of organized fibrillar or tubular structures

Clinical manifestations

• nephrotic-range proteinuria
• hematuria
• hypertension

Laboratory

• 24 hour urine protein
• complete blood count (CBC): anemia

Differential diagnosis

• myeloma cast nephropathy
  • no hematuria or hypertension
  • always associated with multiple myeloma.
