Drug interactions

combined use of PDE5 inhibitors & increases risk of orthostatic hypotension
- increased all-cause mortality when also prescribed nitrate (RR=1.4)^[2]
  - nitrates might be less harmful than previously thought^[1]
  - not taking the two medications in close temporal proximity may minimize interaction^[1]
