Indications

• treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease

Contraindications

• can cause fetal harm

Dosage

• 200 mg PO QD

Adverse effects

• > 20%: infections, asthenia, nausea, diarrhea, dyspnea, cough, edema, hemorrhage, abdominal pain, musculoskeletal pain, headache, hypophosphatemia, increased serum gamma glutamyl transferase, lymphopenia, hypertension

• drug adverse effects of immunosuppressive agents

Mechanism of action

• inhibits ROCK1 & ROCK2
