Indications
- diagnosis of serotonin syndrome
Diagnostic criteria
- must have take serotoninergic agent in the past 5 weeks
- one of the following
- muscle rigididy & temperature > 100.4 F (38 C) with ocular clonus or inducible clonus
- ocular clonus with agitation & diaphoresis
- spontaneous clonus
- tremor & hyperreflexia
- hypertonia
