- axial loading & hyperextension of the wrist Radiography:
- posterioanterior, lateral & oblique radigraphs of wrist
- peri lunate dislocation with fracture of radial styloid

- capitate-lunate joint disruption
- lunate dislocation
- rupture of lunate-triquetrium ligament
- rupture of radius-scaphoid-capitate ligament
- rupture of lunate-scaphoid ligament
