- contaminant of synthetic cannabinoids resulting in 94 emergency department visits for severe bleeding March 10 through April 5 2018, 89 patients in Illinois[2]
- may be intentionally added to synthetic cannabinoids to potentiate effect[3]

- highly lethal vitamin K antagonist anticoagulant
