Indications
- treatment-resistant rheumatoid arthritis
* may be used in combination with glucocorticoids &/or disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs)
Dosage
5-10 mg IV twice weekly for 12 weeks
Mechanism of action
- inhibits Toll-like receptors in synovial tissue
