Indications
- evaluation of sleep-disorder breathing, including obstructive sleep apnea in patients without comorbid cardiopulmonary disease with high pre-test probability
Procedure
- portable technology for unmonitored use
- measures oronasal airflow, chest wall excursion, body position, & pulse oximetry
- overnight pulse oximetry is useful for rule-out OSA in low-risk patients[1]
