• reversal of neuromuscular blockade induced by rocuronium & vecuronium

Dosage

vial: 5 ML sugammadex 100 MG/ML Injection

Adverse effects

  • nausea/vomiting, hypotension, headache

  • bradycardia
  • anaphyaxis
  • may reduce efficacy of hormonal contraceptives
