Etiology
- complication of pulmonary vein isolation/ablation[1][2]
Epidemiology
- 1-3% of patients who undego pulmonary vein ablation
- risk higher after multiple ablations
Clinical manifestations
- progressive dyspnea
- cough, hemoptysis &/or chest pain with more severe stenosis
