- IDx-DR device analyzes images of the retina taken with the Topcon NW400 retinal camera
Interpretation
if images of sufficient quality, 1 of 2 results reported
- more than mild diabetic retinopathy detected: refer to an eye care professional
- negative for more than mild diabetic retinopathy; rescreen in 12 months
