- fever
- dyspnea, acute respiratory distress
- pulmonary infiltrates
- pleural effusion
- pericardial effusion
- peripheral edema
- liver failure
- acute renal failure
- multi-organ dysfunction
Complications
- can be fatal if not treated
Management
- glucocorticoids with close monitoring until symptoms abare
