- plant pathogen
- infections in human most often seen in hot climates particularly Israel, India & Southern U.S.A.
Pathology
- uncommonly opportunistic pathogens of humans
- sinusitis, keratitis, CNS vasculitis
- cutaneous mycoses & subcutaneous mycoses
- associated with mycoses after epidural injections, paraspinal injections or joint injections with contaminated methylprednisolone[2]

- voriconazole with or without liposomal amphotericin B
