Introduction
Applies to both pregnant women & those who have given birth in the past year.[2]
Etiology
- risk factors
- history of depression & anxiety during adolescence or young adulthood[1]
Complications
Management
- counseling to women with a history of depression, current depressive symptoms that are below the diagnostic threshold, or socioeconomic risk factors suc as low income or being young or single[2]
