Indications

• advanced urogenital malignancy
• advanced colorectal cancer

Procedure

• radical resection of all organs from the pelvic cavity, including urinary bladder, urethra, rectum, & anus
• in women, the vagina, cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, +/- vulva are removed
• in men, the prostate is removed
