• S2-S4 fibers

  • T11-L2 (motor)
  • T9-L2 (sensory)
• pudendal nerve: striated muscle
• autonomic innervation of smooth muscle
• pelvic nerve: sensory innervation.

Physiology

• capacity: 400-600 mL
• initial urge to void: 250-300 mL
• post-void residual bladder volume: < 50 mL
