• Morquio A syndrome

Dosage

• 2 mg/kg IV infused over a minimum of 3.5-4.5 hr
• pretreat with antihistamines (with or without antipyretics) 30-60 minutes before initiating infusion Mechaninism of action:
• enzyme replacement
