- rare
Pathology
Clinical manifestations
- can manifest as acute visual loss
- optic atrophy in the ipsilateral eye
- optic disc edema in the contralateral eye
- central scotoma in the ipsilateral eye
- anosmia ipsilaterally
- nausea/vomiting
- memory loss
- emotional lability
