Clinical manifestations
applies only to patients with Glasgow coma scale of 15
- headache
- vomiting
- alcohol or drug intoxication
- persisent anterograde amnesia
- visible trauma above the clavicle
- seizure
Radiology
- if none of the features are present after mild traumatic head injury, neuroimaging with MRI not indicated
