- immune tolerant
Laboratory
- high bepatitis B DNA in serum
- serum transaminases normal
- serum HBsAg positive
- serum HBsAb negative
- serum HBcIgM negative
- serum HBcIgG negative
- serum HBeAg variable
- serum HBeAb variable
Management
- do not treat immune tolerant patients without liver inflammation, i.e. normal serum transaminases[1]
