Complications
- increased risk of pre-eclampsia/eclampsia
- acute renal failure
- fetal growth restriction
- preterm delivery
- perinatal mortality
Management
- control hypertension
- do not use ACE inhibitors or ARB
- increase hemodialysis in patients with ESRD
- 20 hours/week (from 12 hour/week)
