Introduction
Deficiency in one or more of the blood coagulation factors.
Clinical manifestations
- spontaneous or unexpected bleeding, especially into joints (hemarthrosis) or muscle
Laboratory
- prothrombin time (PT) may be prolonged if
- prolongation of acitvated partial thrmboplasin time (aPTT)
