- tachycardia
- tremor
- anxiety
- palpitations
- hypertension
- cardiac arrhythmias
- exacerbation of prostatism
- paradoxic bronchospasm to aerosolized beta-adrenergic agents
- tachyphylaxis
- preservatives & propellants
Adverse effects more likely in elderly & in patients with cardiovascular, hepatic & neurologic disorders.
