Introduction
A thin, double-layered peritoneal fold formed by the ventral mesentery of the stomach.
Constituents
Course
It passes from:
- the lesser curvature of the stomach &
- the upper border of the proximal duodenum
- 2 cm distal to pyloris
to the:
- liver
- margins of the porta hepatis
- into depth of fissure of ductus venosus
