Introduction

Pubovesical ligament of male:

Anteriormost part of the tendinous arch of pelvic fascia extending between the prostate & bladder.

Forms the inferior boundary of the retropubic space (prevesical) Pubovesical ligament of female:

The fascial thickening comparable to the puboprostatic ligament, composed of medial & lateral pubovesical ligaments.
