intraparietal sulcus of Turner

Introduction

A horizontal sulcus of the parietal lobe extending posteriorly from the postcentral sulcus, then dividing perpendicularly into 2 branches so as to form with the postcentral sulcus a figure "H".

It divides the parietal lobe into superior & inferior lobules.
