Introduction
Nerves emerging from the thoracic spinal cord (T1-T12).
Function
- T1-T12 are mixed motor & sensory nerves, innervating the muscles & the skin of the thoracic wall & abdominal wall.
Course
- the nerves exit the intervertebral foramen below the corresponding thoracic vertebrae
