Introduction
Acquired, benign lesion with little potential for malignant transformation.
Pathology
- nests of melanocytes at dermal-epidermal junction
Clinical manifestations
- pinpoint to a few mm macules (2-6 mm)
- well circumscribed
- uniform in color, typical brown-black
- widely distributed especially in sun-exposed areas
Management
- observation for change
