Introduction

Acquired, benign lesion with little potential for malignant transformation.

Pathology

(histology)

Clinical manifestations

  • pinpoint to a few mm macules (2-6 mm)
  • well circumscribed
  • uniform in color, typical brown-black
  • widely distributed especially in sun-exposed areas

Management

  • observation for change
