- raw milk from from K-Bar Dairy in Paradise, Texas possiblly contaminated with Brucella abortus RB51 in 2017[3]

Management
- postexposure prophylactic antibiotics
- doxycycline + trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole for 21 days[2]
Notes
- persons consuming raw milk or raw milk products contaminated with RB51 at high risk for brucellosis[2]
- RB51 resistant to rifampin & penicillin in vitro[2]
