Introduction
Inositol-3,4,5,6-tetraphosphate interconversion with inositol- 1,3,4,5,6-pentaphosphate is induced by phospholipase-C (PLC).
inhibitor of plasma membrane Ca+2-activated Cl- channels Phosphorylated by ITPK1 to form inositol-1,3,4,5,6-pentaphosphate which is inactive towards Ca+2-activated Cl- channels.
