Introduction

Dietary sources:
- most diets contain only 1-2 mg/day
- 44 mg in 1 cup of cooked kale
- 26 mg in 1 cup of cooked spinach
- 3 mg in 1 cup of cooked broccoli
- Centrum with lutein contains 0.25mg/tablet
