Suggestion that this may be multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2B

Clinical manifestations

• neuromas of the skin or mucosa
  • anterior tongue
  • lips
  • eyelids
  • conjunctiva
• medullary carcinoma of the thyorid
• pheochromocytoma
• parathyroid adenoma
