Epidemiology
- small % of follicular lymphomas
Pathology
- neoplastic B-cells
- 20-50% of follicular cells (see follicular small cleaved cell lymphoma) are large cells
- may not be distinct form
- may be slightly more aggressive form of follicular small cleaved cell lymphoma
Management
- see follicular center lymphoma
- combination chemotherapy is controversial
