myb DNA-binding domain

Introduction

A domain of about 160 amino acid residues found in c-myb protein involved in DNA-binding. It consists of 3 tandem repeats of 51-53 amino acid residues. The major part of 1st repeat is missing in retroviral v-myb & in plant myb-related proteins.
