- forms a ternary complex with Dkk1 & LRP6 & induces rapid endocytosis & removal of Wnt receptor LRP6 from the plasma membrane
Structure
- contains 1 CUB domain
- contains 1 kringle domain
- contains 1 WSC domain
Compartment
membrane
