Function

• hydrolyzes phosphoramidate & acyl-adenylate substrates
• prefers purine over pyrimidine-based substrates
• forms dimers to octamers & even larger oligomer

• KM=1.5 uM for indolepropinoic acyl-adenylate
• KM=22 uM for adenine
• KM=29 uM for guanine
• KM=32 uM for hypoxanthine
• KM=121 uM for uracil
• KM=181 uM for cytosine
