Argyl-Robertson pupil

Introduction
Prostitute's pupil. So named because it accommodates, but does not react. The syphilitic pupil (Argyl-Robertson) pupil constricts during accommodation, but does not react to light. The lesion lies in the pretectal region of the superior colliculus.
