Introduction
Flexion of the neck causes paresthesias radiating from the neck into the back & limbs.
Etiology
- cervical spinal cord disease due to:
- multiple sclerosis
- mantle field irradiation in the treatment of Hodgkin's disease
- vitamin B12 deficiency
